Sad sonnet of farewell
Journal Entry: Mon Apr 14, 2008, 12:09 PM
Adam inja tanhast,
va darin tanhaee sayeye narvani ta abadiat jarist. In a celebration in nowruz, in that strange night,
I never forget his pure smile, his childlike face,
When he told with his soft and gentle voice
"Are you going? well, i'm here, go!"
and now, you've gone and we're here yet, my tired migratory!
... Va raft ta labe hich
va poshte hoseleye nurha deraz keshid
va hich fekr nakard
ke ma miane parishanie talafoze darha
baraye khordane yek sib
cheghadr tanha mandim...
Why have i ever thought like this; that my kind grand father
will never leave us so much lone, why indeed ?!
Pedar bozorge nazaninam, mikhastam begem
kheili deltangetam va kheili dooset daram.
Ey kash bishtar mimundi

The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to talk, mad to live, mad to be saved, who burn, burn, burn like fabulous roman candles and in the middle you see the blue light and we all go 'Aw'.--Kerouac
